Jason Curtis Allen

Jason Curtis Allen was born in Inglewood, California on October 26, 1984 to James and Donna Allen. He is also the brother of Jessie and Elnora. At a young age their family moved to San Diego and at the age of seven (7) Jason was baptized in Jesus' name. He attended Bethesda Apostolic Church for three years. In 1996 Jason was filled with the Holy Ghost at North Park Apostolic Church under the leadership of Bishop Joel David Trout. Jason is currently an 18 year old sophomore at Denison University in Granville, OH, where he is a Psychology and English double major.

I have been inspired to share the words that the Lord has given Jason Curtis Allen. We were blessed to have Jason join our Sunday School class at Living Faith Apostolic Church. Our Sunday School class is ages 18-25. At this age it is very difficult to keep the students interested. They're at an age where they have the attitude "finally I'm grown and no one can make me go to church anymore."

Jason came to us with a mindset "I want to serve and learn more about the Lord." With the enthusiasm that Jason has, as a teacher it is a motivation to make you want to live and learn more about the Lord in order to pass it on to your students.

The theme for our class is "building your own relationship with God." You can no longer live off your parents blessings, you must seek the Lord for yourself.

I am encouraging those that have a desire to be a part of this great move of God to seek to improve their relationship with God. Remember you will always be learning and what a place to learn, at Sunday School. Keep pressing on, it's not over until He says "Well done my good and faithful servant.
